One month from your wedding, you will hand off all planning materials and complete a survey that will help catch us up to all you’ve planned. A kick-off meeting, weekly check-in phone calls, a venue walkthrough and general wedding advisement will put you at ease in the weeks leading up to your big day. We will deal with your vendors directly, confirm all final details and generate meticulous documents so everyone is on the same page. By the end of our time together, we will know your wedding inside and out and execute diligent day-of coordination.

We kick things off three months prior to your wedding with a production meeting to assess your planning progress. From there we will create a checklist of outstanding items and begin tackling them together. Attendance at all final vendor meetings will put you at ease knowing all vital questions will be asked and no details missed. We assist in floorpan creation, seating chart organization, any last minute vendor reccomendations and design help as needed. We will weigh in on any final decisions and ensure all logistical details are ready to go in order to execute flawless wedding coordination.
