When I was five years old, I insisted on planning and designing my own birthday parties. I should have known then that I was destined to become an event planner, but it wasn’t until after a career in television that I discovered my passion for events. While coordinating nationwide open casting calls for major TV networks, I began a lifestyle blog as a creative outlet. That blog resulted in over 2,000 followers and launched my career in event planning in 2013. Lindsey M. Events specializes in corporate, social and special events. My approach to planning is professional, creative and collaborative. Utilizing my casting background I carefully match each client with the perfect vendor team. I work hand in hand with my clients to deliver a streamlined event that is tailored specifically to you. Simply put, my goal is to create beautiful and unique events for wonderful people through affordable planning services. While Lindsey M. Events was built in the Manhattan, we have expanded our reach North and launched our first official New England event season in 2019.

Starting from scratch, we will create a realistic timeline along with a list of vendor options curated specifically for you. With unlimited meetings, we become the liaisons between you and your vendors ensuring that every detail is prepped for your event. We will hone in on your aesthetic through bespoke design proposals that will take your concepts from ideas to execution.
We provide you with the tools; you do the legwork.
As with the full planning package, we create a realistic timeline and curate a list of vendor options. You will work with your vendors, but we will be standing by with industry expertise to ensure you stay on track. Through monthly check-ins, we provide planning “how-tos”, negotiating tips and general event guidance. We will assist in the design of your event as well as month-of coordination so that every detail is prepped for a seamless day and nothing slips through the cracks.
It’s time to tie up all of those logistical loose ends!
You will handoff of all of your planning materials and complete a survey that will get us caught up to speed on your progress. Weekly phone calls, a venue walkthrough and general event advisement will put you at ease in the weeks leading up to your date. We will deal with your vendors directly, confirm all final details and generate meticulous documents so everyone is on the same page. By the end of our time together, we will know your event inside and out and execute diligent day-of coordination.
